- Get the police report and the driver’s information, including the report number and insurance details.
- Photograph the scene, the crosswalk, the signals, and any skid marks, and get names and numbers from witnesses.
- Do not accept a quick insurance offer or give a recorded statement before you talk with a lawyer.
