The firm ranked No. 789 on this year’s list, based on 460% revenue growth over the three-year period Inc. measured, from 2022 through 2025.

What the Inc. 5000 Measures
The Inc. 5000 is a ranking of business growth. For the 2026 list, companies were ranked by their percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, a company had to be founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022, and had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent as of December 31, 2025. Inc. also set minimum revenue levels for the first and last years of the measuring period.
In other words, the list tells you that a business has grown. It does not grade the quality of legal work, and it says nothing about how any particular case will turn out. We think it is important to be clear about that.

Where We Started
Beau Correll opened Correll Law Firm in 2009 in a small office above a coffee shop in Old Town Winchester, with secondhand furniture and a commitment to helping people who had been hurt. Before focusing on personal injury, Beau served as a Virginia prosecutor, and that courtroom background still shapes how our team prepares every case.
Today the firm has offices in Winchester and Harrisonburg and a growing team of attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and intake staff. That growth has let us bring on talented people and serve more injured Virginians and their families when they need help the most.
