I was sent to Mr. Correll after being in an auto accident. Being that it was the first serious one for me, I didn’t know the process and he informed me and my passenger what to expect. After Beau got me off of 2 DWI offenses within 3 months I had to get an interlock system put in my truck, In 3 months of having the interlock I had 13 violations so my ASAP case manager sent it to court. I received a summons stating I was facing 170 days in jail and a $500 fine. Beau with knowledge and resources and the way he presented my case to the judge got me off with just the fine. The case went by smoothly and it was a great experience to be kept in the light as the case evolved. It was resolved faster than I expected and with diligence. Most definitely will recommend, and have recommended already, this attorney for any legal procedures which he practices in.

As a sophomore in college, just barely of legal age, in one night I found myself facing five daunting charges, including but not limited to a DWI and a Felony possession charge. After a night of partying, I was pulled over, failed the sobriety test, took the checkpoint breathalyzer test (which indicated I had an BAC of .26) and inevitably got arrested for DWI. Once arrested, I declined the breathalyzer test in jail since it is considered to be more accurate than the road test and may face an automatic 10 days in Jail and driver license suspension if my blood alcohol level was higher than .20.

Beau Correll helped me lower my charges from, DWI with refusal of test to a reckless. I was facing jail time, 2 years suspension of license, ASAP classes, and a ridiculous amount of fines. The only two repercussions from my shenanigan are a small fine ($300 or so) and unsupervised probation. My license was not taken away and I did not have to attend ASAP classes.

Needless to say I HIGHLY recommend Beau for your lawyer. He was easy to work with, his paralegal/assistant was also very helpful, and they responded to any request (such as ability to leave the state prior to the court date) very quickly. He is worth the money!
